iis 7.5 - How to configure DNS 'mask' name to cover ip and app name -

i have deployed app in virtual application folder on iis. when access is ip/app name 192.168.0.1/myapp/....

is there way mask single name example if entered myappdev/ , run direct that?

no knwolage of iis or dns dummies guide great thanks
