is not possible run emulator windows phone 8 installing windows phone sdk 8.0 visual studio 2013 without enabling hyper-v emulator?

no. yes hyper-v required, reason needed buy new laptop. uses virtual machine system / setup run vm phone. in fact, cannot start ms virtual machine manager on pc without hyper-v
