c# - Compiling Accept API/Framework with Visual Studio Namespace error -

i trying compile project visual studio 2013 (https://github.com/accept-project/accept-portal see details), after following instructions , solving dependencies problems, got namespace error when building solution.

the code not me , knowledge in c# close none.

what know is: can namespace errors come mistake on side or actual error code itself?
