email-able report generated testng don't know how can email report prospective stakeholders. want through script in java using selenium web driver. if can in different way helpful.

you need have smtp server, instead of writing separate code recommend integrate selenium webdriver jenkins has inbuilt mechanism circulating reports whomsoever want.
