visual c++ - Upgrading VC++ project from VS 2008 to VS 2012 -

i trying upgrade projects' target framework version 2.0 4.0, have opened project's solution vs 2012. other vb , c# projects upgraded, during upgrading vc++ project got message in "upgradelog.xml" file "msbuild not contain value "vctargetspath" property"

due above error vc++ project upgrade failed, don't know error means. related vc++ redistributable?

am missing here during upgrade process?

any suggestions?
